This service is suitable for you if your divorce is agreed and you want the confidence of knowing that a solicitor has seen and approved your divorce papers and is available to deal with any complications that your justdivorce personal advisor is unable to deal with (because by the court rules some things can only be dealt with by a solicitor). With this service we provide you with all the documentation you need to obtain your divorce. In addition, a solicitor will be available to you either by phone or email to deal with any queries you may have concerning financial matters or issues relating to children. If along the way a dispute develops, either relating to the divorce itself or to other issues concerning finance or children, you may wish for our solicitor to give you more specific legal advice or to represent you in any defended proceedings. Whatever the circumstances, he or she will give you full details of the costs involved before proceeding.
